Job description Roles &Responsibilities: Generate leads & lead Conversion. Preparing and delivering technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers Talking with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support. Support Marketing & Sales Manager with solution selling into prospect account base Partner with Marketing & sales manager to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales targets Model the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity Successfully match customer requirements to proposed solutions Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition Manage all technical aspects of RFQ / RFI responses Effectively communicate client needs to the Marketing / R&D / Management teams for future product enhancements Collect and document competitive intelligence Supporting solution selling, planning and executing strategic deals, and managing technical aspects of responses Providing technical support, and training customers on the use of products. Support sales executives with solution selling into prospect account base Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles Model the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity Successfully match customer issues / requirements to proposed solutions. Sales Engineer Qualifications/Skills: Strong communication skills Creating and implementing a sales plan Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress Analyzing sales data Presentation skills Management and leadership skills * Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in B.E/B.Tech Mechanical/eqv. MBA preferred Min Three to Five years of experience as sales manager in Industrial Pumps Field Three to five years of sales experience Proven track record of positive sales performance Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: Industrial pumps Sales: 2 years (Required) total work: 3 years (Required) Language: English, Telugu (Required) Work Location: In person
