Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in using JIRA or a similar project management and ticketing tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Prior experience with leave Pro/AM360 tools is a plus. Certifications in relevant areas like SAFe CSM and PO certifications are desirable but not required.
