Role Overview As our Finance Associate, you’ll be the cornerstone of our operations, wearing multiple hats to define our services, build processes, and eventually onboard clients. This is a unique opportunity to grow into a leadership role as we scale. You’ll work closely with the founder and receive mentorship from an experienced CA consultant to bridge technical gaps. Key Responsibilities – Finance & Strategy Associate Manage Core Finance Operations Oversee daily accounting, invoicing, and financial transactions using Tally, Zoho Books, and QuickBooks. Ensure timely GST filings via ClearTax and maintain full compliance with tax laws and internal policies. Design & Launch SME-Focused Services Research SME needs and help design 3–5 simple, sellable financial services. Build client-ready guides and templates using Excel/Google Sheets. Create Marketing & Outreach Materials Develop ads and posters to reach Indian SMEs, ensuring all content complies with ICAI guidelines, ASCI codes, and Income Tax Act rules. Train & Support Team Members In future, Mentor new hires and lead internal workshops to share financial knowledge and best practices. Client Acquisition & Service Delivery Use marketing strategies to generate leads, onboard clients, and deliver tailored financial solutions. Gather feedback and refine services based on real client input. Requirements Education: CA (Completed/Pursuing) or MBA/PGDM in Finance. Experience: 0–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting. Proficiency in Tally, GST filing, ClearTax, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, and Advanced Excel . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Knowledge of Indian taxation, compliance, and financial regulations. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
