Job Description: Prop Dealer Location: Borivali (West), Mumbai – 400092 Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers are welcome) Department: Prop Derivatives Trading About the Role We are seeking a focused, analytical, and disciplined Derivatives Trader to manage intraday and positional trading in index and stock derivatives. The role involves executing trades, analyzing market trends, managing risk, and contributing to the profitability of the trading desk. Key Responsibilities Execute trades in Index & Stock Derivatives (Nifty, Bank Nifty, Fin Nifty, F&O stocks). Analyze market conditions, price action, technical indicators, and volatility. Monitor live market news, events, and data that impact derivatives trading. Follow defined trading strategies and develop new strategies based on market behavior. Ensure strict adherence to risk and position limits. Maintain trading discipline, stop-loss accuracy, and risk protocols. Prepare daily P&L statements, trade summaries, and performance reports. Candidate Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Mathematics, or related fields. 0–2 years of experience in Derivatives / Proprietary Trading / F&O Trading . Strong understanding of options, futures, Greeks, volatility & market microstructure. Good quantitative and analytical skills. Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure. NISM Series-VIII Derivatives Certification preferred . Skills Required Technical and analytical skills Good command of derivatives and market concepts Strong mathematical aptitude Discipline & strong risk management ability Quick decision-making abilities Familiarity with trading platforms/software Compensation Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month Performance incentives (as per company policy) Work Schedule Location: Borivali (West), Mumbai – 400092 Working Days: Monday to Friday Timing: Market hours + required pre- and post-market analysis Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
