Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 1+ years of professional design experience (agency or in-house). Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Corel Draw. Experience with Figma or Sketch is a major plus. Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of work across digital and print media. Communication: Ability to articulate design choices and "sell" creative concepts to non-designers. Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
