Great start for freshers, The manager is very friendly and helpful he will always encourage you to learn and grow. The environment is also good with no pressure and targets like other co-operates.

A lonely place with very strict rules. You cant survive here in this generation. You wont know who is the CEO of the company. No wonder at the time of crisis it’s closed. Only loner can survive here. Dont join even at gun point. Sorry for those who are already working there.

Very bad experience no national holiday,no sick leave when you take a leave they'll deduct 1500 from your salary as a penalty, No cultural activities it is not a professional company Manager uses bad word to the Employee.

Alfa KPO is a BPO company, they provide bookkeeping, administration and SEO related services to clients from USA,UK, AUSTRALIA. Good for graduates without any experience.

Boss can get physical with you.. Beaware.. It's a shady place and they make you do personal Tasks. Boss Called me "Chapri" everytime
