The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for leading a team of high performing individuals who own the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Production Planning and Management: Developing and implementing production schedules, optimizing workflows, and ensuring the timely production of milk and milk products. Quality Control: Implementing and maintaining quality assurance systems, monitoring milk quality, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Resource Management: Managing inventory levels, optimizing material usage, and controlling costs. Team Leadership: Supervising and motivating production staff, providing training and development opportunities, and fostering a positive work environment. Process Optimization: Analyzing production processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all applicable food safety regulations and standards, including HACCP, GMP, and others. Collaboration: Working closely with other departments, such as engineering, maintenance, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth operations. Performance Monitoring: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production, quality, and cost, and reporting on progress.
