About our Company Alchelyst Limited (the Firm) is new entrant into the Alternative Fund Servicing space.It is Headquartered in Dublin, Ireland and has an office in India, Luxembourg and US. The firm shall provide traditional/full, middle and back-office fund administration services to Irish regulated, European and third country domiciled Alternative Investment Funds (AIFS). Firm / Group The Firm will target clients across the Hedge, Closed Ended (Private Equity and Real Estate), Hybrid Fund services market.The target client pool is in line with many of our competitors, but the Firm has the unique advantage of starting with a green field site. The team have carefully identified the best of breed cloud-based technologies which can not only facilitate the current administration requirements demanded by clients but also stay resilient and scalable for years to come. As a Software Engineer at our startup, you are an integral part of business operations team that works to build business insight services and automation of business operations. Job Responsibilities Design and build scalable backend services using modern architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven systems). Contribute to the data abstraction layer that unifies fragmented systems of record. Develop APIs and integration frameworks Optimize systems for scalability, observability, and fault tolerance. Technology stack - .Net, C#, Azure, SQL Server, Reporting Work cross-functionally with product and operations teams to turn business needs into technical solutions. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement "Self-starter" attitude ready to dive in and figure things out Required Qualifications, and skills Relevant educational qualification (B.E, B. Tech, MCA/BCA) and 2-6 years applied experience.
