What you’ll be doing … You’ll use your experience to: Prepare/review monthly management information pack Analyse and report on budget and prepare variances analysis Prepare/review monthly business KPI’s Provide monthly reports to cost center managers, SLT & department heads Analyse/report impact of forex movement in business and report the FX transaction as per the applicable standards Coordinate with development team for projects/process impacting finance function Prepare/assist annual budgets, quarterly forecasts & monthly cash forecasts in coordination with line managers and SLT’s Lead & manage FP&A team and ensure their development and timely delivery of objectives Ensure monthly accounts are maintained correctly and review schedules for balance sheet items Support year end statutory audit Support Local & group Statutory compliances The ideal candidate 7+ years of experience in managing a finance team’s activities in FP&A function in an MNC (mandatory). CA/CMA Qualified or semi qualified (preferably) Exposure in preparing financial reports with multiple currency transactions Exposure in preparing financial budget & forecast including cash forecast Experience in preparing statutory financials as per local & IFRS standards Experience in working with ERP systems. SAP S4, SAC & Concur experience is preferred Advanced knowledge in excel. Knowledge in PowerBI is an added advantage.
