Not good for buying, if you really wanted to buy flat for living I would suggest first take a flat on rent first and stay for 2-3 months then decide.
As per my experience ye society bhagwan bharose chal raha hai, maintenance bahut hin ganda hai aur kuchh staff v khas karke account wale.
