Position Overview We are seeking a strategic, organized, and results-driven Project Manager to lead multidiscipline oil & gas engineering projects across FEED and Detailed Engineering scopes. The role spans Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream sectors, with full responsibility for project execution, technical integrity, commercial control, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership in managing teams, resources, schedules, and risk-aligned with PMP principles and company objectives. Key Responsibilities Project Execution & Delivery Lead full-cycle execution of EPC/EPCM projects from bidding and engineering to client approvals and closure. Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria in line with contractual and client expectations. Manage multidisciplinary engineering teams (Piping, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, Telecom) for coordinated delivery. Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, international codes (API, ASME, IEC, ISO), and client specifications. Team & Resource Management Oversee team planning, workload distribution, and performance across engineering disciplines. Foster collaboration, mentorship, and accountability to meet productivity and quality goals. Manage resource forecasting, mobilization, and demobilization per project timelines. Planning, Cost & Risk Control Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress using Primavera P6, MS Project, and ERP tools. Implement risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and contingency planning. Drive cost optimization and schedule adherence through proactive deviation management. Change & Contract Management Evaluate scope changes, technical queries, and variation orders with proper documentation and client approvals. Conduct contract reviews to identify obligations, risks, and optimization opportunities. Support preparation and approval of change requests in compliance with contract terms. Proposal & Commercial Oversight Lead technical and commercial proposal development for RFQs, RFPs, and ITBs. Participate in pre-bid meetings, clarifications, and bid evaluations. Conduct technical bid evaluations and support vendor/subcontractor selection. Assist in contract negotiations and award finalization. Stakeholder Engagement Maintain transparent communication with clients, partners, and internal teams. Lead progress meetings and coordination sessions with stakeholders. Resolve technical and commercial challenges constructively and promptly. Ensure client satisfaction through proactive engagement and timely delivery. Governance & Reporting Ensure adherence to HSE, QA/QC, and company management systems throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular status reports highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation actions. Support continuous improvement, lessons-learned reviews, and knowledge sharing. Qualifications & Experience Bachelors or master’s degree in mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering. Minimum 15 years of oil & gas project experience, including 5+ years in project management role. Proven track record in FEED, Detailed Engineering, and EPC/EPCM project delivery. Familiarity with ADNOC procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards. PMP certification or master’s in project management preferred. Experience with FIDIC or NEC contract frameworks is desirable. Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office Suite.
