I have a suggestion that, VFS office need to consider a place with lots of parking area and waiting area outside their office, because people are coming to Vfs office from far distance so, they need to park their car or need wait outside. Now what happening is zero parking for vfs visitors

Very slow & poor service from the team. I believe most of the staffs are freshers and there is nobody to control the staffs here. As per my assumption it would have taken only 30 min job they took almost 3 hours. They are not giving the service value for what we pay.

They have a zero tolerance policy and request that we treat their staff properly; however the staff themselves don't follow process and go for lunch during business hours; blame lack of manpower as the reason. Thoroughly disappointed with the experience.

Poor management by the centre as the candidates has to wait on the street by obstructing the pedestrians. Paid Car parking on another private property. The old parents and the small children has to wait on the footpath whether it's rain of sun. They need to fix this issue ASAP.
