The role involves making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our product line — including Digital Interactive Panels, Panel Stands, OPS, and Panel Shutters — and generating qualified leads for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a strong interest in electronics or technology products. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or cold databases. Explain features and benefits of electronics products such as Digital Interactive Panels, OPS, Panel Stands, and Panel Shutters. Understand customer requirements and generate sales-qualified leads. Schedule appointments or demos for the field sales team. Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets. Handle inbound inquiries and route them to appropriate person. Key Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and explain technical products in simple terms. Comfortable making a high volume of calls per day. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
