This role is ideal for individuals seeking to establish a solid foundation in management consulting, working closely with experienced consultants on a diverse range of client projects. Key Responsibilities Conduct internal audits for clients in manufacturing and service sectors, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015(Quality), ISO 14001:2015 (Environment), and ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety) standards. Assist in preparing detailed audit reports, documenting non-conformities, and suggesting corrective and preventive actions. Participate in the development and implementation of EHS management systems tailored to client operations. Perform onsite assessments, compliance checks, and gap analyses to support continuous improvement initiatives. Support training and awareness programs on safety practices, legal compliance, and environmental sustainability. Collaborate with senior consultants and cross-functional teams to deliver effective consulting solutions. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s/ Master's degree in Environmental Science Good verbal communication abilities Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Willingness to learn and adapt in a consulting environment Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
