Key Responsibilities Respond to fire alarms, emergency medical calls, and rescue situations. Control and extinguish fires using hoses, pumps, and other equipment. Conduct search-and-rescue operations in burning or hazardous structures. Provide first aid or basic life support until EMS personnel arrive. Inspect, maintain, and test firefighting gear, vehicles, and tools. Participate in fire safety inspections and community education programs.
