The relationship between Sales, Marketing, and Insights & Analytics is vital in crafting a consistent customer experience. The pivotal point of this relationship will be inspired by the integration of a fully aligned data strategy to support, prioritise and guide business objectives and go-to-market execution. The regional Insights Manager will be the liaison between the global insights and analytics functions and the marketing and sales side of the business to ensure strategic priorities are integrated into each aspect of marketing insights and analytics. This role is critical in advancing Marketing's understanding of business performance, audience behavior, and the impact of various marketing activities. As a key partner to the regional marketing team, you will analyze complex datasets to identify trends, uncover actionable insights, and translate findings into clear recommendations to drive measureable results. By aligning analytics with strategic objectives, you will play a central role in improving decision-making and ensuring performance against core KPIs and business goals. What You'll Do Reporting, analysis and offering recommendations based on marketing activity and performance. • Analyse KPI metrics, using attribution methodologies to report success to stakeholders, and inform daily optimisation to deliver incremental growth and revenue. "Tell the impact of marketing on the business story using the KPIs as lens. • Deliver monthly and quarterly insights to ensure EMEA marketing managers understand progress toward goaling, areas for optimization, and education on levers needed to reach key metrics. • You will understand the business application of the product portfolio via product migration paths, sales objectives, key customer segments, market competition, etc. • Provide the right balance of business and data acuity. Efficiently communicate to the business how to best apply data and insights to acquire desired business outcomes. • Facilitate and collaborate with stakeholders to understand criticalities in the business, use cases, strategic focus. Provide feedback, outline capabilities, present analysis, insights and recommendations for next steps. • Deliver top Impactful Insights which can range from investment decisions, performance, capabilities, etc as well as standard communications to keep teams updated on critical projects impacting regional marketing efforts. • Always looking to streamline processes, maximising the quality and speed of work undertaken. • Identify new datasets and tools that can enhance marketing effectiveness. Technical Expertise Data exploration skills require SQL, R, Python, and/or sophisticated Tableau knowledge to deep dive into specific large datasets for analysis, troubleshooting, or use case development. • Strong proficiency with data analysis and visualisation tools such as Tableau, DOMO, or Power BI. • An understanding of statistical analysis and data science techniques and principles is desirable. • Expertise in automating workflows to deliver reporting and insights at scale is a plus. Who You'll Work With Region marketing leadership and supporting teams to understand marketing, sales, and partner priorities, strategies, and go-to-market (GTM) plans within your region. • You will work across all marketing functions, collaborating with multiple individuals of all regional hierarchy levels from executive VPs to product managers to marketing program execution teams. • In this role, you will work with and alongside all global insights and analytics team peers and stakeholders in strategic insights, advanced analytics, market research, brand and data teams. Who You Are Have 8-10 years of experience in a marketing or business data analysis and insights role • Come to work with a creative can-do attitude and innovation mind set in a rapid changing environment • Have experience in marketing program execution, strategy and planning, or analysing and gathering insights from marketing programs and campaigns. • Knowledge of attribution and cross channel measurement. • Have a toolkit of technical skills enabling data exploration, multi-faceted analysis, and complex analysis. • Disciplined and process oriented; proven attention to detail. • Strong communication and presentation skills with a proven ability to quickly build and maintain positive, effective relationships across all levels in an organisation. • The successful candidate will need to be comfortable working in an agile environment to tight deadlines and who can influence to a high standard. It would also suit a candidate who is skilled in building relationships with Marketing teams and bringing technical data to life for stakeholders.
