Head of Occupational Therapy Location: Coimbatore Full Time Qualification: Bachelors in Occupational Therapy Experience in Healthcare Industry(Hospital / Rehab Center / Special School) Role Overview We are seeking a female Head of Occupational Therapy with strong clinical expertise and proven leadership skills to lead our Occupational Therapy department. The role involves overseeing patient care, guiding a team of therapists, ensuring compliance, and driving excellence in rehabilitation outcomes. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments and design individualized treatment plans. Provide therapy sessions for complex cases requiring advanced intervention. Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of therapists and assistants. Monitor departmental performance, set goals, and ensure service quality. Collaborate with doctors, physiotherapists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals for holistic care. Organize training sessions and workshops to enhance staff capabilities. Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and clinical standards. Prepare, review, and submit reports as required. Skills & Competencies Strong clinical and assessment skills in Occupational Therapy. Leadership, decision-making, and team management ability.
