Company Description We are a contracting company specialising in Indian Railways electrical works. We execute railway electrification, power supply, cabling, and associated electrical projects on a tender and contract basis. Our focus is on delivering reliable, compliant, and timely execution of all railway electrical assignments. Role Description We are looking for an experienced Tender Engineer / Tender Executive (Electrical) who has hands-on expertise in preparing and submitting Indian Railways / Government electrical tenders . The candidate must be capable of independently handling technical and commercial bid preparation. Qualifications Strong knowledge of tendering processes, documentation, and submission guidelines Ability to analyze technical and commercial details and ensure compliance Upload tenders on IREPS, e-Tender, GeM and respond to clarifications. Prepare technical & commercial bid documents for Indian Railway electrical tenders (OHE, TSS, Cabling, Power Supply, Electrical Works). Review NIT, BOQ, GCC, SCC, technical specifications and prepare compliance statements. Compile all documents required for eligibility: work experience, POs, completion certificates, staff CVs, financial documents, etc. Capacity to work within strict deadlines and manage multiple priorities Experience in the construction or infrastructure sectors is advantageous Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field Track tender opportunities, corrigendums, and deadlines. Prepare cost estimation sheets, price bids (excluding GST), manpower deployment, and technical writeups.
