Job Title: Food Plant Engineering & Setup Consultant Location: On-site + Advisory (Project Basis / Contract) Industry: Food Processing / Spices / FMCG About the Role We are looking for an experienced Food Technology / Plant Engineering professional to support us in setting up a food manufacturing unit, ensuring compliant design, efficient workflow, and production-ready execution. Key Responsibilities • Design plant layout & process flow as per food safety standards • Recommend machinery, utilities & equipment specifications • Guide on enclosures, zoning & hygienic design principles • Support line installation, commissioning & scale-up • Develop material flow, manpower flow & utility mapping • Ensure FSSAI, GMP, HACCP & statutory compliance alignment • Prepare SOPs, technical documentation & validation checkpoints Preferred Background • Food Technologist / Process Engineer / Plant Engineer • Experience in food manufacturing / processing / Spices / Pulses / Grocery • Hands-on exposure to plant layout, commissioning & machinery selection Engagement Type Consultant / Project Basis (Setup & Technical Advisory)
