About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Driving sales of our home appliance range, including fans, geysers, mixer grinders, insect killers, and room coolers within your assigned territory. 2. Identifying and approaching potential dealers and retailers to expand the distribution network. 3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and customers. 4. Collecting orders on time and following up on payments to ensure smooth transactions. 5. Visiting the market daily to track activity, meet clients, and assess product performance. 6. Promoting new product launches to generate interest and increase adoption. 7. Resolving customer queries promptly and providing effective after-sales support. 8. Gathering market intelligence on customer preferences and market trends. 9. Monitoring competitor activities and pricing strategies to stay ahead. 10. Reporting to the Sales Manager with accurate sales forecasts and performance updates. 11. Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets consistently. 12. Ensuring product display standards are maintained across all retail outlets.
