What You’ll Do: At Ajan you’ll be part of a tight, collaborative crew that thrives on storytelling and visuals. Here's what this role will look like: Take the lead on end-to-end execution for social media content creation —from monthly ideation and strategy to final delivery. Work with the team to plan out content calendars and campaign directions —we’re talking reels, statics, stories, carousels, and everything in between. Regularly update content trackers, shoot docs, and client trackers to help keep the whole operation running as efficiently as possible. Shape concepts that are backed by creativity and strategy . Your ideas will be at the heart of what gets made. Get involved on shoot days —help prep shoot plans, coordinate production on ground, and make sure we’re getting what we need. Be the bridge between clients, editors, and designers. You’ll be in charge of post-production coordination —sending files, collecting feedback, following up, and closing deliverables. Be curious about what’s trending, what’s working, and what could be pushed further. Bring those insights into the room. Most importantly, be someone who cares about the quality of what goes out—and wants to make it better every time.  Skills You’ll Need Strong creative eye for design, color, fonts, and writing. Proficiency in Canva; Adobe Suite knowledge is a plus. Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and workflows simultaneously.
