1- Should have minimum 2+yrs of experience in Core PHP. 2- 1.5 Yrs of working experience on any of (atleast one) CMS like wordpress/Drupal/Magento/Cake PHP. 3- Strong understanding of MVC Architecture and experience on any of (atleast one)zend,smarty,codeigniter. 4- Working knowledge of object oriented programming concepts and techniques using PHP 4 and PHP 5. 5- Strong knowledge of Javascript,XHTML,CSS,Ajax,SQL. 6- Ability to Extend functionality i.e.Payment options,promotions etc. 7- Proficient to work with E-Commerce. 8- Experience in debugging code. 9- Excellent analytic and logical skills. 10- Excellent communication skills,self motivator,team player. 11- Ability to solve complex problems,design and requirements documentation.
