Airport CSA & Ground Staff Cabin Crew

As a Cabin Crew member, your role will involve welcoming passengers on board and directing them to their seats. You will be responsible for providing information on safety procedures and checking that all seat belts and galleys are secure before take-off. During the flight, you will make announcements on behalf of the pilot, answer passenger questions, serve meals and refreshments, sell duty-free goods, and advise passengers on any allowance restrictions at the destination. Your primary focus will be on reassuring passengers and ensuring they follow safety procedures correctly in emergency situations. Additionally, providing first aid, ticketing, and maintenance technical help will be part of your responsibilities.
