Finance & Operations Executive The Role We are looking for a Finance & Operations Executive who can support Airoclip’s financial, HR, and compliance operations with precision and ownership. This is a junior-to-mid-level role ideal for someone who loves numbers, enjoys organizing processes, and is excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment. You will assist in managing finance, HR admin, compliance, and general operations, working closely with the founders to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. What You’ll Do Finance Operations Handle day-to-day accounting entries, bank reconciliations, invoicing, vendor payments, and expense tracking. Support payroll processing and ensure timely disbursements. Coordinate with accounting partners for monthly bookkeeping, GST/TDS filings, and statutory compliance. Assist in preparing cash flow trackers, MIS reports, and monthly budget vs actuals. Manage outward and inward remittances, coordinate with the bank, and support FEMA/RBI documentation. Maintain accurate financial records and help streamline finance workflows and automation. Compliance & HR Support Support HR processes, including onboarding/offboarding, maintaining employee records, leave tracking, and maintaining HR documentation. Assist with compliance-related tasks, contract management, and vendor documentation. Coordinate with external partners, including auditors, legal advisors, payroll vendors, and consultants. Ensure internal policies, financial processes, and compliance requirements are consistently followed. Operations & Administration Support day-to-day office operations, vendor management, and procurement. Handle general admin tasks related to tools, subscriptions, and office management. Assist leadership with data gathering, internal reports, and process improvements. What We’re Looking For CA, Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in finance, accounts, and operations. Strong understanding of basic accounting, reconciliations, and compliance processes. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with accounting tools (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.). Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Ability to work independently, take ownership, and adapt in a dynamic startup environment. Highly Valued Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments. Exposure to payroll processing, vendor management, or HR operations. Experience handling banking workflows, invoicing, or finance automation tools. Interest in learning about cross-border finance and supporting global operations.
