Aira Wedding Planners

As a wedding design & trend research intern, you will play a key role in shaping the creative direction of our upcoming projects by conceptualising visually rich, future-forward theme boards for core wedding functions. Your work will help build a comprehensive reference library that informs our 2026 design direction. In this role, you will research global and Indian wedding markets, analyse emerging decor and styling trends, and translate these insights into clear, actionable visual presentations. The theme boards and trend research you create will become the foundation for Aira's design planning, presentation decks, and client pitches. Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Moodboard & Theme Development: Develop thematic moodboards for mehendi, haldi, sangeet, and wedding functions. Depict the A-to-Z styling of each venue, aligned with Aira's aesthetic sensibilities visually. Present cohesive visual narratives that capture colour palettes, decor styles, props, textures, and spatial concepts. Research & Trend Analysis: Conduct continuous research on the latest wedding trends across decor, styling, colour theory, and experiential design. Explore both global and Indian wedding markets to identify upcoming shifts in design preferences. Curate and organise visual inspiration using Pinterest, Instagram, Canva, and similar platforms. Populate Aira's internal design catalogue with high-quality references that guide concept development and client-facing proposals.
