Role Overview: As a Project Engineer specialized in DCS/PLC with experience in Honeywell automation systems, you will be responsible for engineering, programming, testing, commissioning, and support of Honeywell DCS/PLC projects across various industrial sectors. Your expertise will contribute to building smarter, safer, and more efficient industrial operations. Key Responsibilities: - Engineering, configuration, and programming of Honeywell DCS (Experion PKS) and PLC systems. - Participate in project lifecycle activities including control logic and HMI development, FAT, SAT, installation, commissioning, and startup. - Review customer specifications, project documentation, and control philosophies. - Develop detailed engineering documents such as I/O lists, cause & effect diagrams, wiring diagrams, etc. - Interface with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure technical compliance and timely delivery. - Provide on-site and remote support during commissioning and maintenance. - Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to software and hardware. - Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and project requirements. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, or a related engineering field. - 3-8 years of relevant experience in automation and control systems. - Strong hands-on experience with Honeywell Experion PKS, C300 controllers, SCADA, HMI development, and safety systems (SM or FSC). - Familiarity with industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, OPC, Ethernet/IP, etc. - Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, loop diagrams, and control logic. - Experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, power, or related process industries. - Willingness to travel for site work and commissioning activities. - Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.,
