Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, payment follow-ups, and reconciliation. Ability to prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports. Experience in handling credit/debit notes and resolving billing discrepancies. Familiarity with inventory management entries and coordination with the store/operations team. Ability to verify and cross-check purchase orders, delivery challans, and sales orders before billing. Experience in handling bank entries, petty cash, and vendor/customer ledgers. Basic understanding of MIS reporting for management. Ability to coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance teams for smooth billing operations. Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas). Ability to manage timely filing support for GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Problem-solving attitude with the ability to handle high-volume billing efficiently. Maintaining confidentiality of financial data and company records. Ability to work under deadlines with high accuracy and speed.
Minimum 2 years of driving experience, preferably with luxury cars. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong understanding of traffic laws and safety practices.
