Key Responsibilities Teach postgraduate management courses such as HR, Marketing, Operations, and Strategy. Mentor & Guide students in research projects, dissertations, & academic presentations. Publish high-quality research papers and participate in academic conferences. Mentor students for professional developments Engage in institutional development activities and accreditation processes. Conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and maintain academic records. Collaborate with industry partners for academic tie-ups, internships, and training programs. Ensure high academic standards and contribute to continuous improvement. Preferred Skills UGC NET/ SLET Ability to integrate case-based and experiential learning methods. Familiarity with digital teaching tools and LMS platforms. Strong mentoring, leadership, and academic advisory skills. Experience in handling NAAC or other accreditation processes.
