Job Description

As an AI/ML Computational Science Assoc Mgr at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in the Technology for Operations team, serving as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. Your responsibilities will involve providing innovative and secure technologies to assist clients in developing an intelligent operating model, ultimately driving exceptional results. Collaborating closely with the sales, offering, and delivery teams, you will identify and develop cutting-edge solutions in areas such as Application Hosting Operations (AHO), Infrastructure Management (ISMT), and Intelligent Automation. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong background in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and a deep understanding of its foundational principles, concepts, techniques, and tools. Proficiency in Python programming language, Python Software Development, PySpark, Microsoft SQL Server, and Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) is essential. Additionally, your ability to work effectively in a team, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills, numerical aptitude, and a results-oriented mindset will be critical for success. In this position, you will be tasked with analyzing and solving moderately complex problems, often creating new solutions by leveraging existing methods and procedures. You will need to align your work with the strategic direction set by senior management, with primary upward interaction with direct supervisors or team leads. Your decision-making will impact the team you are a part of, and at times, other teams as well. Depending on the situation, you may manage medium-small sized teams or work efforts either independently or within a client or Accenture. It is important to note that this role may involve working in rotational shifts to meet business requirements effectively.
