AI Video Specialist

## Role Overview

As an AI Video Specialist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality AI-generated videos for architectural projects, real estate developments, and premium property marketing. You'll work closely with our creative and 3D teams to develop compelling visual narratives, animate still renders, and produce cinematic sequences that elevate the presentation of architectural spaces.

## Key Responsibilities

- Generate high-quality AI videos from architectural renders, reference images, storyboards, and text prompts.

- Animate static 3D renders into realistic, cinematic video sequences with smooth camera movements and natural environmental motion.

- Create architectural walkthroughs, flythroughs, cinematic reveals, and real estate promotional films using AI-powered workflows.

- Maintain architectural accuracy, including building geometry, facade details, materials, lighting, and spatial consistency.

- Develop precise prompts and iterate on AI-generated outputs to achieve the desired visual quality and creative direction.

- Use AI video tools to create realistic environmental elements, atmospheric effects, people, landscaping, and lifestyle sequences.

- Enhance AI-generated footage through editing, compositing, color grading, sound design, and post-production.

- Collaborate with 3D artists, designers, and creative teams to ensure visual consistency across projects.

- Stay updated with emerging AI video models, tools, and production workflows to continuously improve output quality and efficiency.

## Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience in AI video generation and visual content creation.

- Strong understanding of cinematic composition, camera movements, lighting, framing, and visual storytelling.

- Hands-on experience with AI video tools such as Higgsfield, Kling AI, Runway or equivalent platforms.

- Experience working with architectural renders, CGI, 3D visualization, or real estate marketing content.

- Experience in image-generation tools such as Higgsfield, Gemini or equivalent platforms

- Ability to write effective prompts for controlled camera motion, realistic animation, and consistent visual results.

- Strong eye for detail, realism, aesthetics, and architectural integrity.

- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects.

- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work in a collaborative environment.

## Preferred Qualifications

- Experience creating luxury real estate films, architectural visualization videos, or property marketing campaigns.

- Familiarity with 3D rendering workflows and tools such as 3ds Max, Blender, Cinema 4D, V-Ray, or Corona Renderer.

- Understanding of motion graphics, compositing, color grading, and cinematic post-production.
