About the Role

We are looking for a creative and technically confident AI Video Editor / AI Content Creator to join our growing team in Bangalore.

This is not a traditional video editing position.

We are looking for someone who is excited about the rapidly developing world of AI-generated video and content creation and knows how to combine AI tools with strong video editing skills to produce professional, engaging and attention-grabbing content.

You will work on a variety of short-form and promotional video projects for our international businesses, creating content for websites, advertising campaigns and social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.

What You Will Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating professional short-form and promotional videos using AI video-generation tools
• Editing raw footage into engaging, polished content
• Generating AI scenes, visuals, presenters, avatars and voiceovers where required
• Turning written concepts and scripts into complete videos
• Creating social media Reels, Shorts and other vertical video content
• Adding subtitles, captions, graphics, transitions, sound effects and music
• Repurposing longer videos into multiple pieces of short-form content
• Improving existing footage using AI editing and enhancement tools
• Creating different versions of videos for different platforms and audiences
• Working with the international team to develop new creative concepts
• Keeping up to date with new AI video, image and content-generation technology
• Testing new approaches to improve engagement, retention and overall video quality

AI & Editing Skills

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience using tools such as:

AI Video & Content Creation

• Runway
• Kling AI
• Veo
• Sora
• HeyGen
• Synthesia
• ElevenLabs
• Other AI video, image, avatar or voice-generation platforms

Video Editing

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• After Effects
• CapCut
• DaVinci Resolve
• Adobe Creative Suite or similar professional editing software

You do not need to have experience with every platform listed above. However, you should already be comfortable using AI as part of your video creation workflow and be keen to experiment with new technology.

• Have a good eye for visual design, pacing and storytelling
• Understand hooks, captions and techniques for keeping viewers engaged
• Be confident experimenting with new AI tools and workflows
• Have good attention to detail
• Be able to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Have good written and spoken English
• Be creative and able to contribute their own ideas

Portfolio Required

Candidates should be prepared to provide examples of previous video or content creation work.

We are particularly interested in seeing AI-generated or AI-assisted video content that demonstrates both your creativity and technical ability.
