Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and technically skilled AI Video Creator to produce high-quality, cinematic videos for our luxury residential, hospitality, and wellness projects. The role will involve using AI tools to transform architectural renders, property images, creative concepts, and available footage into engaging videos, including Instagram Reels, project teasers, and promotional films. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, an understanding of luxury storytelling, and the ability to take a video from concept to final edit.
Key Responsibilities
- Create cinematic AI-generated videos showcasing luxury villas, architecture, interiors, landscapes, and wellness experiences.
- Transform static photographs, 3D architectural renders, and design concepts into realistic, moving video sequences.
- Develop engaging Instagram Reels, social media content, project teasers, and promotional films.
- Use AI video and image-generation tools to create scenes, camera movements, transitions, and visual concepts.
- Maintain visual consistency across scenes, including architecture, interiors, people, lighting, and overall project aesthetics.
- Edit videos with suitable music, sound effects, titles, transitions, colour correction, and brand elements.
- Work with the marketing and design teams to understand briefs and translate them into clear visual stories.
- Explore new AI tools, workflows, and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of video production.
- Organise project files and deliver videos in the correct formats and aspect ratios for different platforms.
- Make revisions based on feedback and ensure final videos meet the required quality and brand standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Practical experience creating AI-generated videos, supported by a portfolio or showreel.
- Hands-on knowledge of AI video tools such as Kling AI, Runway, Google Veo, Sora, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with AI image-generation tools such as Midjourney or similar is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of video-editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
- Understanding of cinematic storytelling, camera movement, pacing, transitions, sound, and colour grading.
- A strong visual sense, attention to detail, and an interest in luxury real estate, architecture, hospitality, or wellness.
- Ability to turn a brief or reference video into an original concept and finished edit.
- Ability to manage timelines, take feedback positively, and work collaboratively with the marketing and design teams.
- A portfolio demonstrating realistic AI video generation and editing is essential.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
