About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic AI & Data Science Trainer who is passionate about AI and enjoys empowering the next generation of data scientists and ML engineers. You will deliver high-impact training across Statistics, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, and GPT-based Models.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver live or recorded training sessions (online/in-person)
• Design course materials, project guides, and assessments
• Mentor learners and resolve doubts
• Continuously upgrade the curriculum to match industry trends
• Collaborate with content and product teams on course innovation
• Conduct project reviews, mock interviews, and capstone evaluations

Topics You Will Teach

• Statistics: Probability, Regression, ANOVA, Hypothesis Testing
• Machine Learning: Supervised/Unsupervised Learning, Ensemble Methods, Model Deployment
• Deep Learning: CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs, GANs, TensorFlow/PyTorch
• NLP: Embeddings, Transformers, BERT, GPT, Sentiment Analysis
• Computer Vision: Object Detection, OpenCV, ResNet, Medical Imaging
• GPT-1 & GPT-2: Transformer Architecture, Fine-tuning, Ethical AI

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, AI, Data Science, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in AI/ML training or application development
• Strong expertise in Python, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, OpenCV, TensorFlow/PyTorch
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end ML/DL/NLP projects
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Good to Have

• Experience deploying models on AWS/GCP/Azure
• Familiarity with MLOps tools (Prometheus, MLflow, Docker)
• Prior experience fine-tuning transformer models (GPT, BERT)
• AI certifications (TensorFlow Developer, AWS ML Specialty)
