AI Trainer – Claude & Generative AI

Job Responsibilities

• Train employees to effectively use Claude and other Generative AI tools for business activities.
• Develop effective prompts for accounting, finance, HR, recruitment, sales, marketing, operations and documentation.
• Teach prompt engineering from basic to advanced levels.
• Create reusable prompt templates and AI workflows for different departments.
• Train teams to analyze documents, Excel/data, reports and business information using AI.
• Help employees automate repetitive day-to-day tasks using AI.
• Develop AI-based workflows for research, lead generation, content preparation and reporting.
• Conduct practical training sessions and workshops.
• Prepare SOPs, training materials and AI usage guidelines.
• Evaluate employees after training and provide ongoing support.
• Research new Claude/AI features and identify ways to implement them in business operations.
• Ensure employees understand data confidentiality, privacy and responsible AI usage.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong practical knowledge of Claude and Generative AI.
• Excellent prompt-engineering skills.
• Experience using AI for real business use cases rather than only theoretical knowledge.
• Knowledge of ChatGPT, Gemini and other AI platforms is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of automation and APIs will be preferred.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple language.
• Good English communication and presentation skills.
• Experience conducting corporate or employee training is an advantage.

Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹1,000.00 per hour
