# AI Tech Lead – Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Platform

## Position Summary

We are looking for an AI Tech Lead with strong AI platform knowledge, particularly Microsoft Power Platform, and a solid understanding of Microsoft Copilot Studio. The ideal candidate should have experience combining low-code and pro-code development approaches to design and deliver enterprise AI assistants and broader Power Platform solutions.

The candidate will lead solution architecture, guide offshore development teams, and act as the primary technical point of contact for client stakeholders.

## Mandatory Skills

- 6+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience, including large-scale enterprise systems integration.

- Hands-on experience architecting Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions, including topics, generative orchestration, and knowledge source configuration.

- Working knowledge of multiple AI agent platforms, such as Copilot Studio and Moveworks, and pro-code AI development options such as Azure AI Foundry.

- Hands-on experience building solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.

- Experience with Power Platform application lifecycle management, including solution environments, connection references, environment variables, and managed solution pipelines.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID authentication patterns, including OAuth 2.0, on-behalf-of (OBO), and client credentials flows.

- Experience designing or integrating Model Context Protocol (MCP) server architectures.

- Experience leading distributed or offshore development teams.

- Strong client-facing communication and technical advisory skills.

## Key Responsibilities

- Lead the technical design, delivery, and quality of enterprise AI assistants across Copilot Studio, Moveworks, Azure AI Foundry, and the broader Power Platform.

- Own end-to-end Copilot Studio solution architecture, including agent topology, knowledge sources, connectors, authentication, and application lifecycle management.

- Evaluate and recommend suitable low-code and pro-code AI platforms based on client requirements.

- Design, build, and support Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages solutions.

- Direct an offshore development team covering Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Python/MCP server engineering, DevOps, and quality assurance.

- Lead technical decisions on authentication patterns, connector architecture, and reusable MCP server patterns.

- Translate client requirements into sprint-ready backlog items, technical designs, and release plans.

- Review pull requests, deployment promotions, and release readiness across Dev-to-Production CI/CD pipelines.

- Serve as the primary technical escalation point for client architecture reviews and security assessments.

- Mentor offshore developers on Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and MCP server development.

- Prepare client-ready technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment runbooks.

## Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience with Azure API Management, Azure Container Apps, and Azure DevOps pipelines.

- Experience with Python-based backend or API development.

- Experience delivering solutions in healthcare or other regulated industries.

- Familiarity with enterprise integrations such as ServiceNow, UKG, or Workday.

## Education

B.E. / B.Tech / M.C.A. / M.Sc. (Computer Science) or equivalent degree from an accredited university.

Pay: ₹977,000.00 - ₹2,270,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hyderabad, Telangana
