AI Software Developer

We are looking for a hands-on AI Software Developer / Vibe Coder who can turn ideas into working software using modern development tools, AI coding assistants, and strong problem-solving skills.

You will build web applications, internal tools, dashboards, and AI-powered features. The role involves understanding business requirements, creating prototypes, developing frontend and backend functionality, integrating AI services, and deploying reliable applications.

Our ideal candidate enjoys building quickly, experimenting with new ideas, and taking ownership of projects. You should be comfortable using AI to accelerate development while understanding, reviewing, debugging, and maintaining the code it produces.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Build software from idea to deployment. Translate business requirements into clear development tasks and deliver functional applications with intuitive user experiences.

- Use AI-assisted development tools effectively. Work with tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or similar platforms to write, refactor, troubleshoot, and improve code.

- Develop frontend interfaces. Create responsive pages, dashboards, forms, and workflows that work well across desktop and mobile devices.

- Build backend functionality. Develop APIs, authentication flows, database connections, file handling, and application logic.

- Integrate AI into products. Add features such as chat assistants, document summarization, content generation, intelligent search, data extraction, and workflow automation.

- Connect external services. Integrate third-party APIs, webhooks, payment systems, CRM platforms, and other business tools as required.

- Work with business data. Build features that allow AI to retrieve relevant information from documents, databases, or knowledge bases with appropriate access controls.

- Improve reliability and performance. Debug issues, test important workflows, handle API failures, and monitor application behavior.

- Manage deployment and maintenance. Configure hosting, environment variables, logging, and updates, and maintain clear setup documentation.

- Collaborate and communicate. Share progress, explain technical trade-offs clearly, and incorporate feedback into each iteration.

You should bring:

- Practical experience building software, demonstrated through professional work, freelance projects, personal products, or a strong portfolio.

- Working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript or Python, with the ability to read and modify code independently.

- Experience with a frontend framework such as React or Next.js, or an equivalent stack.

- Familiarity with backend development using Node.js, FastAPI, Django, or similar technologies.

- Experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Firebase, or Supabase.

- An understanding of APIs, HTTP requests, JSON, authentication, and webhooks.

- Hands-on experience integrating an AI model or AI service into a working application.

- The ability to write clear prompts, provide useful context to AI tools, and evaluate their outputs.

- Confidence using Git and managing code changes.

- An understanding of secure development practices, including protecting API keys, validating inputs, and controlling access to user data.

- The ability to investigate problems, learn unfamiliar tools, and complete tasks with reasonable independence.

You do not need experience with every technology listed. We care most about your ability to choose suitable tools and deliver working software.

Additional experience that would be valuable includes:

- Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, and vector databases.

- AI tool calling, structured outputs, and workflows that involve multiple steps.

- Automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.

- Deployment platforms such as Vercel, AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

- AI response evaluation, token usage monitoring, and cost optimization.

- UI/UX design, SaaS products, or integrations with business systems.

Examples of projects you may work on include an AI assistant that answers questions from company documents, an internal dashboard that summarizes business data, a customer support workflow, or a web application with AI-powered search and content generation.

Success in this role means delivering useful software, making sensible technical decisions, and building features that remain dependable after the prototype stage. You should be able to explain how your application works, identify its limitations, and improve it based on real user feedback.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
