Role Summary:

Technical AI/LLM Developer

The ideal candidate possesses deep hands-on expertise in LLM development, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and prompt engineering, alongside a solid grasp of complex technical standards and payment network domain schemas (such as EMVCo, payment security protocols, and ISO specifications).

4. Quality Assurance, Evaluation & Governance

• Experience:

  4+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years dedicated to LLM application development, agentic frameworks, and vector search systems.

Technical Stack:

• Languages:

  Python (expert-level proficiency).

• LLM Frameworks:

  Claude Code, Gemini, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Guidance, DSPy, or similar orchestration frameworks.

• Vector Databases:

  Pinecone, Qdrant, Milvus, Weaviate, or pgvector.

• API Development:

  FastAPI, Flask, or gRPC for microservice integration.

• Evaluations & Monitoring:

  RAGAS, LangSmith, Phoenix, or custom evaluation frameworks.

• Domain Awareness:

  Experience working with complex technical specifications, ISO standards, structured payment/EMV specifications, Payment Network technology, or POS/Kernel software development.

• Communication:

  Ability to communicate technical trade-offs, architecture decisions, and progress clearly to product managers and cross-functional teams.
