Job Overview

New Jothi Stores LLP is looking for a skilled and analytical AI Prompting Executive with practical experience in using Artificial Intelligence tools to improve business productivity and streamline e-commerce operations.

The candidate will be responsible for developing and optimising AI prompts, conducting product and competitor research, supporting marketplace listing management, creating marketing content, preparing business reports, and identifying opportunities to improve workflows using AI tools.

Candidates should have a practical, problem-solving mindset and the ability to use AI tools effectively to deliver accurate, reliable, and business-oriented results.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, test, refine, and optimise prompts for AI tools to improve output quality and accuracy.
• Use AI tools to support e-commerce operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and other marketplaces.
• Assist in creating and optimising product titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and catalogue information.
• Conduct product research and competitor analysis using AI tools and reliable online sources.
• Generate and refine marketing content, promotional copy, and social media content.
• Prepare business documents, reports, summaries, spreadsheets, and standard operating procedures using AI tools.
• Identify repetitive manual tasks and recommend practical AI-assisted workflow improvements.
• Verify AI-generated information for accuracy, completeness, relevance, and consistency.
• Maintain a library of effective prompts, reusable workflows, and research documentation.
• Coordinate with team members to complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
• Explore new AI tools and techniques to improve productivity and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience in AI prompting, generative AI applications, or AI-assisted business operations.
• Practical knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.
• Good logical reasoning, analytical thinking, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to write clear prompts and improve AI-generated outputs through testing and refinement.
• Good written English and communication skills.
• Ability to organise information and prepare structured reports, tables, and business documents.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to fact-check AI-generated information.
• Good time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn new AI tools and adapt to changing business requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using AI tools for e-commerce product listing optimisation and competitor research.
• Knowledge of Amazon and Flipkart marketplace operations.
• Experience in AI-assisted content creation, data organisation, and workflow improvement.
• Ability to demonstrate previous AI projects, sample prompts, or practical workflows.

Performance Expectations

The selected candidate will be expected to:

• Deliver accurate, relevant, and high-quality AI-assisted outputs.
• Improve the efficiency of product research and e-commerce content development.
• Reduce repetitive manual work wherever practical.
• Develop reusable prompts and documented workflows.
• Complete assigned tasks on time and recommend measurable productivity improvements.
