Job Overview

We are looking for a tech-savvy and research-oriented executive who can use AI tools and online research platforms to identify international FMCG buyers, discover useful buyer-search sources, and develop an efficient lead-generation process for our export business.

The candidate will help build a systematic research process that can be shared with the internal team, enabling multiple team members to search, verify and develop international buyer databases for the Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini and other relevant research tools to identify international buyer markets and discover potential buyer-search sources.
• Find and organise useful links to importer directories, B2B platforms, trade portals, company databases and other sources for international buyer research.
• Research international importers, wholesalers, distributors and bulk buyers for Ghee, Edible Oil, Hing, Red Rice and other FMCG products.
• Develop effective AI prompts, search queries and research methods to identify relevant international buyers.
• Collect company names, websites, business email addresses, contact numbers, publicly available WhatsApp numbers and relevant contact person details.
• Verify buyer information through company websites and other reliable sources wherever possible.
• Create and maintain structured buyer databases using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Share useful research links, AI prompts, search methods and working spreadsheets with team members so they can independently research additional buyers.
• Organise buyer data by country, product category, buyer type and market relevance.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team and provide researched buyer lists for further business development.

Required Skills

• Practical knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini or similar research assistants.
• Ability to use AI-assisted web research to discover relevant websites, directories and potential buyer sources.
• Good understanding of Google Search, LinkedIn and B2B research platforms.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to create effective search prompts and organise repeatable research workflows.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to verify information rather than relying blindly on AI-generated results.
• Basic to good English reading and comprehension skills.

Important Note

This is primarily an AI-assisted research, international buyer discovery and lead-generation role. The main objective is to develop efficient research methods, share useful buyer-search links with the team, and provide relevant international buyer data to the Sales Team.

Cold calling, sales pitching and direct selling are not the primary responsibilities of this position.

Candidates who can demonstrate practical AI-assisted research skills and the ability to build organised, repeatable buyer-research workflows will be preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
