Description
As a Software Engineer at Qualcomm India Private Limited, your role involves designing, developing, modifying, and validating embedded and cloud edge software, applications, and/or specialized utility programs to launch cutting-edge products that exceed customer needs. You will collaborate with systems, hardware, architecture, test engineers, and other teams to design system-level software solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, modify, and validate embedded and cloud edge software - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design system-level software solutions - Obtain information on performance requirements and interfaces **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Software Engineering experience OR Master's degree with 3+ years OR PhD with 2+ years - 2+ years of work experience with Programming Languages such as C, C++, Java, Python - Location: Bangalore As a Machine Learning Engineer at Qualcomm, your responsibilities include creating and implementing machine learning techniques, frameworks, and tools to enable the efficient utilization of state-of-the-art machine learning solutions across various technology verticals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop the AI orchestration framework, engine, and tools for executing Neural Networks on Snapdragon chips - Validate software performance and accuracy through detailed analysis and testing **Qualifications Required:** - Software development experience in C/C++ and/or Python - Strong software development skills including data structure, algorithm design, and software debugging - Experience with Inter-Process Communication (IPC) using AIDL or SOME/IP **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience in developing embedded applications with low-level OS interactions - Familiarity with Qualcomm AI Stack products and Machine Learning frameworks - Software development experience with Java - Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and interests Please note that Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer and provides accommodations for individuals with disabilities during the application process.
