Salary & Compensation

Job Description

AI Scale Force is expanding its AI-powered business operations team and inviting applications from enthusiastic individuals who want to build a career in Artificial Intelligence and digital business services.

No coding knowledge or previous technical experience is required.

We are looking for individuals with good English communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the discipline to complete assigned tasks.

Freshers, students, career returners, homemakers, and experienced professionals are welcome to apply, subject to applicable employment eligibility requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and operate AI-powered tools for everyday business tasks.
• Assist with AI automation, research, documentation, and digital operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and technical delivery partners.
• Prepare reports, maintain records, and update task management systems.
• Support website, application, and digital marketing projects through non-coding activities.
• Attend online training sessions and team meetings.
• Complete assigned tasks within agreed deadlines.
• Maintain accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Eligibility Criteria

• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Basic ability to use a smartphone, computer, and the internet.
• No programming or coding experience necessary.
• No specific degree required for entry-level positions.
• Willingness to learn new AI tools and business processes.
• Responsible, disciplined, and comfortable working with a team.
• Applicants aged 18 and above are welcome. Candidates aged 15–17 may be considered only for legally permitted, non-hazardous roles with appropriate safeguards and permissions.

Working Hours

• Part-Time: Approximately 5 hours of effective work per working day, with a target of 100 hours per month.
• Full-Time: Hours and shift arrangements depend on the role, location, and applicable labour regulations.
• Day and night shifts may be available depending on operational requirements.
