• Design and deliver AI/ML prototypes and production-ready solutions.
• Build GenAI, RAG, Agentic AI, NLP, LLM, and advanced ML solutions.
• Develop evaluation frameworks using golden datasets, human review, red teaming, and quality metrics.
• Design prompting strategies, tool calling, embeddings, retrieval pipelines, and guardrails.
• Implement AI safety controls for prompt injection, privacy, data leakage, and security risks.
• Optimise AI solutions for latency, scalability, and cost using caching, batching, quantisation, and model selection.
• Define monitoring, drift detection, safety metrics, and production support models.
• Create reusable AI frameworks, accelerators, libraries, and evaluation harnesses.
• Work closely with Product Owners, SMEs, Data Scientists, Architects, and Engineering teams.
