Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Google Dialogflow CX (DFCX) Engineer with strong python programming expertise to join our team. As a DFCX Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying conversational AI solutions using Google Dialogflow CX, while leveraging your Java skills to build and integrate backend services.Key Responsibilities:Conversational AI Development:oDesign, develop, and optimize conversational experiences using Google Dialogflow CX.oCreate and manage intents, entities, flows, and fulfillment logic to deliver intuitive chatbot and voice bot solutions.Java Development:oWrite clean, efficient, and maintainable Java code to integrate Dialogflow CX with external systems and APIs.oDevelop backend services and middleware for chatbot data handling, session management, and fulfillment.System Integration:oWork with RESTful APIs, databases, and cloud services to ensure seamless integration between Dialogflow CX and enterprise systems.oConfigure webhook services to manage dynamic responses and integrate business logic.Testing and Optimization:oConduct unit testing leveraging DFCX test simulator, integration, and performance testing to ensure high-quality conversational solutions.oMonitor, analyze, and refine chatbot performance using analytics and feedback loops.Collaboration and Documentation:oCollaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions.oDocument processes, workflows, and best practices for future scalability and maintenance.Qualifications and Skills:

oFor level 8:Candidate should have over 10 years of IT experience in Java with minimum of 5 years exp in Google DFCXoFor level 9:Candidate should have over 7 years of IT experience in Java with minimum of 4 years exp in Google DFCXoProven experience with Google Dialogflow CX, including flow design and integration.oCreate and manage intents, entities, flows, and fulfillment logic to deliver intuitive chatbot and voice bot solutions.oStrong programming skills in Java, with a focus on backend development.oExpertise with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) concepts like Cloud run, Artifactory, Big query, Cloud storage & Vertex AIoExperience with APIs, webhooks, and data exchange protocols (e.g., JSON, XML).oKnowledge of Git Hub.oUnderstanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and conversational design principles.Soft
