About The Role

AI – Junior/Mid QA Manual & Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automation frameworks and reusable test scripts.
• Create test cases, test scenarios, and test plans based on business requirements.
• Execute manual and automated testing using Playwright (preferred), Selenium, or similar tools.
• Leverage AI-assisted testing tools for test generation, validation, and defect analysis.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end testing.
• Conduct UX testing to ensure usability, accessibility, and a seamless user experience.
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, Design, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Proactively identify requirement gaps, ambiguities, and risks, and work with stakeholders to resolve them.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in QA Automation and Software Testing.
• Strong experience in manual testing and automation scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright (preferred), Selenium, or similar frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or C#.
• Experience with AI-assisted testing tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience testing AI-powered applications.
• Exposure to AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools.
• Experience with Appium or mobile automation testing.
