At Necessive, we’re building next-gen AI-powered consumer apps that are practical, fast, and deeply impactful. You’ll join a tight, ambitious team working on real-world AI products — from speech and translation systems to personalization engines and generative experiences.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an AI Intern who’s genuinely passionate about deep tech and hands-on with model building. You’ll work directly with our AI engineering team to fine-tune, optimize, and deploy models that power live consumer apps — including text-to-speech (TTS), voice cloning, and speech understanding pipelines.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Research, develop, and fine-tune AI/ML models for production.

• Work specifically on TTS and voice cloning pipelines, experimenting with speaker embeddings, prosody transfer, and multilingual synthesis.

• Handle embeddings, optimization, and inference improvements.

• Prepare datasets, evaluate results, and maintain experiment logs.

• Collaborate with backend and product teams to integrate models into production apps.

WHAT WE'R LOOKING FOR

• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts — transformers, embeddings, fine-tuning, etc.

• Hands-on experience with PyTorch, Hugging Face, or TensorFlow.

• Strong personal or academic projects in AI — bonus if related to speech, TTS, or voice cloning.

• Familiarity with NLP, speech processing, or generative models is a plus.

• Problem-solver with a startup mindset and eagerness to learn fast.
