We are seeking a Full Stack AI Application Engineer with strong Python expertise to develop and deploy modern web applications, AI copilots, intelligent agents, and workflow automation solutions.
This role will focus on building React-based user interfaces and Python-based backend services that integrate with enterprise data platforms, Generative AI services, agentic AI frameworks, and cloud-native applications. The engineer will collaborate closely with Product Owners, AI Engineers, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end AI-powered solutions that drive measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
Front-End Development
- Design and develop responsive, scalable, and user-friendly web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to build intuitive user experiences.
Python Backend Development
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python.
- Build RESTful APIs and microservices using FastAPI and/or Flask.
- Develop secure and scalable application architectures supporting enterprise workloads.
AI & Agentic Application Development
- Build applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic AI frameworks.
- Integrate applications with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or other AI services.
Data & Platform Integration
- Integrate applications with Databricks, enterprise data platforms, APIs, and business systems.
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to support application functionality.
Cloud & DevOps
- Deploy and support applications on AWS and/or Azure.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or equivalent platforms.
Security, Validation & Compliance
- Apply secure software development practices and web security principles.
Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience developing backend services using FastAPI and/or Flask.
- Experience building modern web applications using React and TypeScript.
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
- Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building Generative AI, RAG, or agentic AI applications.
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
- Experience integrating with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or equivalent AI platforms.
- Experience with Databricks and enterprise data platforms.
- Experience with vector databases and semantic search solutions.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience developing event-driven or microservices-based architectures.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated environments.
- Exposure to AI governance, validation, and compliance processes.
