AI Engineer, Generative AI & Agents

You will be working as an AI Engineer specializing in Generative AI & Agents as a part of our dynamic platform team. Your role involves designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and intelligent agents. You will play a crucial role in creating the next generation of AI-driven products that provide intelligent and automated solutions to complex problems. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, building, and maintaining robust and scalable applications using Python and advanced AI frameworks. - Developing complex, multi-step workflows and autonomous systems utilizing LLM Orchestrators such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel. - Fine-tuning, evaluating, and deploying various Large Language Models (LLMs) to meet specific business requirements and performance benchmarks. - Architecting and implementing sophisticated AI Agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks autonomously. - Integrating AI models and agentic systems with existing data pipelines, APIs, and infrastructure. - Collaborating with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to define requirements and deliver high-impact AI features. - Staying updated with the latest advancements in the fields of generative AI and autonomous agents to enhance your skills and knowledge. To be successful in this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or a related technical field. - At least 3 years of professional software development experience with a strong proficiency in Python. - Hands-on experience working with LLMs (e.g., GPT series, Llama, Claude, Gemini) via APIs or open-source models. - Experience in building applications with an LLM Orchestrator framework (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.). - Understanding of AI Agent architectures and concepts like ReAct (Reasoning and Acting). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in building intelligent systems. Preferred qualifications include experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP, familiarity with MLOps practices and tools, and contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
