AI-Driven Basic IT Trainer

Job Summary

ANEW is looking for a passionate and dedicated AI-Driven Basic IT Trainer to deliver training in computer fundamentals, Microsoft Office applications, digital literacy, and AI-powered productivity tools. The trainer will help learners develop practical digital skills and improve their employability in today's technology-driven workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training on Computer Basics, Internet, Email, and Digital Literacy.

• Deliver hands-on sessions in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Introduce students to AI tools and their practical applications.

• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assignments, and assessments.

• Monitor student attendance, progress, and performance.

• Provide mentoring and support to learners.

• Conduct assessments and maintain training records and reports.

• Guide students in resume preparation, interview skills, and workplace readiness.

• Support placement and career guidance activities.

• Ensure effective use and maintenance of computer lab resources.

• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and digital learning trends.

• Create an engaging, inclusive, and learner-friendly classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Certification in Microsoft Office or AI-related tools is preferred.

• Prior experience in teaching, training, or skill development programs is desirable.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and effective manner.
