AI Design, Research & Administrative Intern

Duration: Six-month internship, with the possibility of an entry-level role based on performance and business requirements.
Working hours: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., six days a week.

Dataviv Technologies is looking for a creative, organised and enthusiastic candidate who is passionate about AI tools, design and research, and is comfortable supporting everyday administrative work.

Our main office is in Gurugram, while this position is based with our design team in South Mumbai. This is not a work-from-home role. Candidates residing in South Mumbai will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Use Gemini, Canva, Google Flow, Gamma, Nano Banana and similar tools to create visuals, presentations and business content.
• Write and refine prompts to produce relevant, high-quality outputs.
• Research industries, companies, potential clients, design ideas and new AI tools; organise findings into clear summaries and verify key information.
• Draft and edit AI-assisted emails, proposals and documents, checking accuracy, language and presentation.
• Prepare invoices, maintain records and assist with clerical and administrative tasks.
• Attend meetings on Microsoft Teams and, when required, in person; take notes and track follow-up actions.
• Work independently with some guidance, meet deadlines and incorporate feedback.
• Learn new AI tools and techniques, with possible opportunities to contribute to website and app design.

Who We Are Looking For

• Familiarity with AI tools and a strong interest in applying them to design, research and business tasks.
• Good prompting skills and a willingness to learn and improve.
• Clear written and verbal communication, attention to detail and basic computer skills.
• A responsible, organised person who can manage both creative and administrative work.
• The ability to complete assigned tasks independently after receiving initial direction.
• Preference for candidates who have completed college, can commit to the full internship and are available to continue in an entry-level role afterward.

Office Attendance & Working Hours

• Regular attendance at the South Mumbai office is required.
• Working hours are 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., six days a week.
• If overtime is required, the additional hours will be compensated through corresponding adjustments to working hours on subsequent working days, coordinated with the team.
• This role does not offer work-from-home arrangements.
