AI Developer NLP & LLM - Male Candidates

As an AI Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing AI/ML models to enhance natural language understanding, intelligent automation, and real-time decision-making through the implementation of NLP, LLMs, and RAG techniques. Your primary focus will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate AI models into various platforms, ensuring scalability, accuracy, and efficiency. In this role, you will actively support training and development programs across India, which may require traveling to client locations, academic institutions, and partner sites as necessary. Additionally, you will be tasked with continuously testing, refining, and documenting AI systems utilizing tools such as Python, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, and cloud services. Furthermore, you will engage in knowledge sharing initiatives, conduct technical workshops, and deliver on-site demos to showcase AI solutions and drive their adoption within the organization. This role is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and requires a Bachelor's degree as the preferred educational qualification. To be successful in this position, you should have a total of 1 year of experience, with specific expertise as an AI Developer for at least 1 year. The work location for this role is in person.
